Information & Details



Our full Management package includes all the following and is charged at 20€ per month (minimum 6 months payable in advance):


Management Services In Your Absence


  • Keyholding - We will hold your keys in your absence. We will attend appointments on your behalf should you need tradesmen or have deliveries to your premises. We charge 25€ per hour, minimum charge 1 hour, for attending appointments.


  • Security Checks - We will ensure property is safe and secure by regular visits and inspection of locks, windows and alarms (if fitted). All furnishings and inventory will also be checked on these inspection visits. Monthly report emailed to client.


  • Utility & Appliance Checks - We will regularly check you mains utilities and appliances on your premises. This will include running taps/showers and flushing toilets to ensure stale odours are eliminated. Monthly report emailed to client.


  • Cleaning & Maintenance - We will ensure your property clean and well maintained. Should you require cleaning or maintenance work carried out we will arrange this after consultation with yourselves. Monthly report emailed to client.


  • Infestation Inspections - We will ensure there are no problems of infestation by pests or vermin. Should any problems arise we will inform you in the monthly report and arrange appropriate measures.


On Arrival


  • Greet & Meet - Key handover on arrival for you and your guests. Local key collection in Ayamonte (office or at the BP Garage) is charged at 20€. Meet & Greet at your premises with keys is charged at 30€.

  • Premises Prepared For Arrival - Your premises will be prepared for your arrival ie heated or air conditioned as necessary, beds made-up, linen ready, refrigeration turned on etc. Charged at €15.


  • Welcome Pack - Standard - Water, bread, milk, orange juice, eggs, bacon and butter. 15€.


  • Welcome Pack - Luxury - Water, bread, milk, orange juice, eggs, bacon, butter, Cava, chocolates, flowers and welcome card. 30€. If you have a specific shopping requirement this can be done, we charge 25€ per hour plus cost of shopping.


  • Gas Bottle - Supplied and fitted if necessary. (Cost of to be invoiced to client).


  • General Telephone Assistance - As necessary during your stay should any problems or queries arise.


  • Attending Appointments/Translation Services - If you require somebody to attend an appointment with you or translate. This can done by prior arrangement during office hours. Charged at 25€ per hour, minimum charge, 1 hour.
