Laundry Service
Here at One Stop Property Management we offer a flexible laundry service which can be adapted to suit your needs.
Our laundry rates are as follows:
- 1 Bedroom Apartment - 25€
- 2 Bedroom Apartment - 25€
- 3 Bedroom Apartment/Penthouses - 35€
- 2 Bedroom House/Villa - 30€
- 3 Bedroom House/Villa - 35€
- Additional Laundry - 10€
- All prices subject to IVA at 16%.
Please note the following regarding laundry services:
- Laundry includes per bed, 1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 set of bed linen. For each double bed 2 large towels and 2 small towels will be supplied.
- Additional laundry rates are charged for any extra bedding required eg for sofa beds and folding beds.
- Tea towels and bath mats can be washed with your laundry at no extra charge. However, please ensure that these items do not run and discolour the bedding. The laundry will not accept responsibilty should this occur.
- If your bedding requires special care please let us know. Items requiring special care will incur the additional laundry charge.
- It is essential all laundry is labelled with the clients name thus preventing any confusion.
