• Basic Clean This involves a full bathroom clean, premises swept and mopped, beds made up, terraces cleaned, windows cleaned, kitchen cleaned (including fridge, microwave, hobs and oven wiped), premises aired, furniture wiped and dusted.

• Full Clean This involves everthing carried out with a Basic Clean ie a full bathroom clean, premises swept and mopped, beds made up, terraces cleaned, windows cleaned, kitchen cleaned (including fridge, microwave, hobs and oven wiped), premises aired, furniture wiped and dusted. Additionally, there is a deep clean in utility areas, barbecues and dishwashers. Items of furniture, bookshelves, pictures and lamps are moved, cleaned and polished. Window shutters are also cleaned. A 'Full Clean' is recomended at the beginning and the end of high season or if your property has been vacant for 2 or 3 months
