About Us

One Stop is a Property Management & Holiday Rental Company based on the Costa de la Luz in Ayamonte, Spain. Our business ethos is based on traditional family values of providing good service. The company is run by an experienced management team headed by Marcelo Devèze.

One Stop Ayamonte was founded in 2002. Marcelo recognised the need for a comprehensive property management service on the prestigious Isla Canela development. One Stop was formed and became the first company in the area offering a complete property management service.

Marcelo has numerous years of experience working in the Tourism & Hospitality sectors.This experience has given him a grounding which enables him to manage the business, his staff and the properties in a smooth and efficient manner.

Marcelo and his team offer a friendly but professional service aimed at exceeding customer expectations. Marcelo is fluent in Spanish and English, as well as French and Portuguese, and can therefore help guide you through the buying process as well as looking after your after-sales and ongoing management needs.

Erica has worked alongside Marcelo to establish One Stop since moving to Ayamonte in 2002 with their young family. Erica has many years working in the Tourism and Hospitality sectors and can speak Spanish and English.

Erica, as well as being a full time mother, manages the maids ensuring all housekeeping and laundry is carried out to the highest standards. Ericas’ role entails ensuring your property is cleaned and maintained to our high standards and will inspect properties prior to your, or your guests´, arrival.
