Here at the Rentals Department it is our aim to make the rental of your property secure and hassle free. Our experienced team will take you through the holiday letting process step by step. Our colleagues in the Property Management department will ensure your property is well looked after, maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.

Furthermore we can offer you a range of additional services should you require them. We will endeavour to make your rental letting as straightforward as possible, should you require anything not listed please do not hesitate to contact us. We can tailor our services to suit all individual requirements.

• Full page advert on the website with photographs and full description of your property and the facilities available. If you do not have suitable photographs we can take these for you for an additional cost.

• The website will have a description of the area and its surroundings. Additionally we will have links to local attractions, places to visit, restaurants, travel facilities etc.

• Easy-to-fill form supplied for you to insert your property details, which we will then upload on to the website.

• Your advertisement can include tariffs for low, medium and high season.

• Availability calendar will be placed on your page so clients can immediately see if the dates they require are available and double bookings are avoided.

• An inventory check will be carried out after each letting.

• Onestop will handle all financial transactions. These will include taking booking deposits, refundable damage deposit (150€) and final invoice payment.
